Shay Mullanix works with clients throughout Lassen, Plumas, Shasta, Tehama, Modoc, Sierra and Siskiyou counties from her brokerage office in Susanville. Her practice is deliberately broad for a rural market: bank owned and REO properties, land and vacant parcels, lake properties, ranch and agricultural ground, rural homes and acreage, manufactured homes, everyday residential sales and investment property.
Thirteen years in real estate, including earlier years working buyers and sellers in Arizona, taught her what rural clients need most. Out here, two parcels a mile apart can differ on water, access, zoning, septic and financing. The listing sheet will not tell you that. A drive out and a straight conversation will.
